Our mission is to create an independent and environmentally friendly sailing experience that combines the silent cruising of a sailboat with the luxury of a motor yacht. As a _**_Project Manager_**_ _**_your responsibilities are:_**
- Support and collaboration with Project Managers
- Support of different departments
- Organization and planning of the work
- Inspections on site
- Collaboration with sub-contractors and third parties
- Control of budget and contract fulfillment
- Support during client visits

**_Requirements:_**
- You are definitely a match if you..._
- Have a Bachelor's or ideally a Master's degree in management engineering
- Have 5+ years of experience in a shipyard
- Verifiable leadership experience and capabilities, with past successful project execution
- Have passion for boats/yachts in general (boating license is an advantage)
- Have basic knowledge of CAD software (Rhino, AutoCAD)
- Have the ability to read 2D & 3D production drawings
- Are able to work independently and in a structured manner
- Have organizational skills, flexibility, and reliability
- Have a creative problem solving attitude
- Are solution oriented
- Have willingness to travel
- Have “Hands-on” mentality
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian
- Have experience with Microsoft Office (MS Teams experience is welcome)
