Trade Marketing Direct Pharma - Internship

About the role

We are looking for a Trade Marketing Intern., who can develop new commercial opportunities within Direct Pharma channel.

In this internship role you will support to all Trade Marketing Team in the creation and implementation of commercial strategy in Direct Pharma channel through POS materials, selling stories for the salesforce and promo development.

Key responsibilities
- Support in implementation of sell-out activation and canvass executions.
- Monitoring commercial strategies execution in order to leverage good performance and suggest corrective actions if needed.
- Analysis of competitors’ plans and strategies through the analysis of market data and collecting insight from field.
- Direct Pharma Channel performance and KPI Tracking (sell-in and sell-out)
- Support in managing relation with external partner and agency (merchandising, pos materials developer, creative agencies, etc...).
- Collaborate with Sales and Sellout specialist field forces to ensure brilliant execution and deployment of the strategy in the Point of sale.

Qualifications and skills Essential
- University Degree in Economics and Management / Marketing
- Fluency in English
- Use of all Office package (with focus on powerpoint and excel)
- Smart approach with dashboards and databases to monitor performance
- Market data analysis and understanding
- Enthusiastic, creative person who thinks in terms of solutions, curiosity and passion for his job
- Analytical skills
- Effective communication skills
- Good Business acumen
- Details orientation
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Ability to work with the data
- Well organized and disciplined
- Proactive in problem solving

Preferred

Young talent who is interested in pharmacy business or in commercial functions

Previous experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing or Analyst position is a plus

Person who enjoys interacting with cross-functional team and learning from interactions with different people
