Outstanding academic qualifications. Licensed to practice law in Italy
Minimum 7+ years of post-admission legal experience, including experience in private practice
Ability to draft and negotiate commercial contracts and handling pre-litigation disputes and inquiries
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Italian, with prior experience of writing papers/recommendations in English to senior management as well as briefs to regulators

We are looking for a smart, motivated lawyer to provide legal support to Amazon’s e-commerce business in Italy and Spain.
Some in-house experience preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to act as a business partner to senior management
Sound and practical judgment, even in ambiguous situations, and comfortable making high-quality decisions quickly and with limited information, have an obsession for satisfying customers and a passion for Amazon
The ability to function as part of a European and global legal team and autonomously when required
Fluent Spanish
