Calling all Hotel Operations Managers or Receptionist who have studied HR and want to start their career within Human Resources

We are seeking a committed and driven **Human Resources Coordinator **to join our HR team and provide support, coordination, and administration to deliver a full range of HR Services to Voyage Corporate Office employees.

**Your key duties**:

- Provide support and assistance to the HR Team with the coordination of day-to-day operation of HR functions and duties, assisting in the areas of on-boarding, learning and development, performance management, recruitment, and general HR administration.
- Assist in generating the monthly reporting for the function; and
- Follow up with key stakeholders as necessary to ensure resolution of problems relating to people data or documentation.

**You will have**:

- While it would be fantastic if you held an HR qualification, we care more about the experiences and knowledge you have in your head and how you use it
- 1-2 years' experience of working in a HR Administration role is desirable
- Essentially, we are hoping you're keen to roll your sleeves up and get your hands dirty. To be able to get in and help your team as we continue to build and develop this continuous improvement journey, we have commenced when the going gets tough, but to also point out improvements that can be made to lighten the load as we continue our journey
- You'll be extremely approachable with the ability to communicate well with people from all walks of life, from all countries around the world.
