HR Assistant career involves possessing a good understanding of everything from organizational management to labor laws to equal opportunity employment and beyond.
To effectively perform the duties of a human resources assistant, individuals must be able to demonstrate a number of competencies that are essential to the position, which include: provide ongoing support, be a central point for issue resolution, manage the day-to-day administration of various programs, maintain positive employee relations and work to ensure worker satisfaction through education of HR policies and by fostering a positive work environment whit the constant presence on the floor. HRA is the first-line support to employees and managers for any HR-related inquiries. HRAs work from Monday to Friday and flex their working times (from 8/9 AM -5/6 PM) with the additional overtime hours to meet additional ad-hoc business demands such as Night Activities. HRAs shift scheduling changes according to the working hours (core shift) of the Delivery Stations in which the HRA will be employed to ensure continuous support to workers (T1 and T3 populations) and operational stakeholder.

We offer a fixed term contract of 12 months
