**Position Overview**
We’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented **Product Manager - Lighting** to lead the vision, development, and launch of key product lines. This role requires a strong mix of technical understanding, customer focus, and cross-functional collaboration—especially when it comes to managing product documentation and working closely with the marketing team to deliver exceptional product launches. This role will report to Claypaky Product Portfolio Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Own the full product lifecycle—from concept and development through launch and end-of-life—for assigned lighting products
- Define the product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business objectives and market needs
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer pain points
- **Create, manage, and maintain comprehensive product documentation**, including specifications, data sheets, manuals, and training materials
- **Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate go-to-market strategies**, ensuring timely, well-branded, and effective product launches
- Partner with engineering, sales, and operations to bring products to market on schedule and within budget
- Collect customer and stakeholder feedback to inform ongoing product improvements and updates
- Support internal teams with product knowledge and documentation for sales training and customer support
- Monitor and report on product performance and market feedback post-launch

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Industrial Design, or a related field (MBA a plus)
- 6+ years of product management experience, ideally within lighting, electronics, or a related field
- Solid understanding of lighting technologies (LED, controls, smart lighting protocols such as DALI, Zigbee, Bluetooth Mesh, DMX, ARTNET, etc.)
- **Strong experience developing and managing product documentation** to support both internal and external stakeholders
- **Proven track record of successful product launches in collaboration with marketing** and cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is a plus
- **Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 20%**for partner meetings, customer visits, and key industry events
