**Position**:
WE ARE LOOKING FOR: FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT

YOU WILL BE EPIC IN:

- Management of A/R and A/P cycle
- Ensure correct preparation of Asset, Liability, and Capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
- Perform bank reconciliation with multiple payment method
- Prepare balance sheet, profit and loss and cash flow in timely manner
- Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
- Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and generally accepted accounting procedures
- Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process
- Support CFO for dedicated project and ad hoc analysis

**Requirements**:
YOU ARE EPIC BECAUSE:

- Degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration
- At least 2-3 years of working experience
- Professional knowledge of italian GAAP and IFRS
- Professional experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
- Professional experience with accounting software
- Fluent English
- Intermediate experience with multi currency exposure and consolidation process

NICE TO HAVE:

- Experience in ERP implementation
- High level of integrity and reliability
- Very good knowledge of Office package (Excel in particular)
- Very good team player able to deal with internal and external stakeholders
- Good communication skills
