**Accounts Payable Assistant**:
RESPONSIBILITY

The Associate in the role of Accounts Payable & Treasury Assistant, within the Financial Control Manager team in Italy will manage the following activities:
Posting invoices with Purchase Orders and scanning invoices or w/o. Posting co packing, labor costs customs, insurance, Overheads, A&P, CP, D&E, Fixed Assets

Posting invoices for Foreign suppliers

Preparing list of payments for suppliers

Liaise with Shared service center regarding Fixed asset creation and depreciation, postings of sundry invoices as well as relevant cross charges in Account Payable

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Experience in related roles in multinationals in the consumer goods sector (FMCG), with a preference for the food sector
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in economics or equivalent
- Good use of Excel and very good knowledge of SAP
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage stressful situations and work under pressure
- Precision and analytical skills
- Speed of execution, flexibility and definition of priorities in situations of uncertainty
- Good communication and team working skills
- Good level in English & fluency in Italian
