Click here to learn more about how **we can make an impact together** For a sneak peek into life at allnex, don’t miss our **Operator Movie** **Position overview**: As the Pilot Plant Production Manager, you will oversee the Romano pilot plant, with a primary focus on enhancing and optimizing existing pilot production processes and related products. This role requires close collaboration with multiple departments, such as Research & Development, Manufacturing, Engineering, Technical Service & Business Development, and Planning, to ensure smooth and effective cross-functional teamwork. Join us and let’s make an impact together **Responsibilities**: - Manage the Romano pilot plant. - Enhance and optimize current pilot production processes and products. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Research & Development, Manufacturing, Engineering, Technical Service, Business Development, and Planning Departments. - Lead product transfer processes from laboratory to pilot plant and production scale (including managing transfer packages and coordinating transfer meetings). - Serve as project leader, supporting project management efforts. **Required skills and experience**: - 1-3 years of working experience (preferably from a chemical manufacturing industry). - Degree in chemical engineering or industrial chemistry. - Advanced chemical process and engineering knowledge. - Good cross-functional teamwork skills (communication/collaboration). - Handyman skills and problem-solving abilities. - Project management skills. - Fluent in Italian and English **We offer**: - We are proud to offer an international working experience with a tight-knit network of employees, making it easy to connect and learn from people all across our different functions.
