What you’ll do:

- You will be the International Retail Sales and Trade Marketing Discipline Leader in charge of retail marketing, trade marketing and sales projects and initiatives, of a strategic and operational nature, in relation to the different countries (foreign branches) in which Sisal operates internationally (Morocco, Turkey, Tunisia). International work trips to these countries (and over the ones where Sisal will expand its boundaries) will be integral part of the job;
- You will be part of the international department and you will report into the International Marketing Senior Manager;
- You will develop retail marketing, trade marketing and network management/commercial strategies, projects and activities, for the different countries, in line with the corporate directives defined centrally by the Italian corporate;
- You’ll understand, share and adapt know-how & best practices, between the Italian model and that of local countries with the aim of maximising synergies;
- You will analyse and monitor the performance of the countries in which the company operates and drawing up business proposals aimed at improving performance and optimising the sales network, in synergy with and through the coordination of the local teams and other international team’s groups (e.g. Marketing, Product, Online, Operations, ICT) involved;
- You will develop and draft retail marketing contents and sales/commercial strategies aimed at international tender proposals;
- You will be in charge for the transition management on the retail and commercial side aimed at the start-up of new businesses in countries where tenders have been won.

Who you are:

- You have a previous experience in the role of at least 4-5 years, with a strong and solid knowledge about retail industry and its dynamics
- You have a university degree in Economics, Management, Trade Marketing;
- You have excellent aptitude for teamwork and working to objectives;
- You have proactivity and great spirit of initiative;
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- You have excellent knowledge of the Office package;
- You have excellent knowledge of the English language.

Preferably you also have:

- A Master's degree in International Marketing, Retail Marketing, Sales is a strong plus;
- A previous experience in betting/gaming sector and/or in structured international retail environments is a plus;
- Knowledge of French language is a plus.
