**What you'll be doing**

This role is responsible for the development of competitive, innovative, secure, multi-year, viable Managed Services solutions and associated costing inputs to commercial models.

The Services Architect applies both solution design and sales attitude to engage and help close opportunities with decision-makers.

This role has the opportunity to design managed services with some of the most innovative global organizations, technologies, accelerating the digital transformation business objectives and outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Guides a virtual team of domain experts to orchestrate the development of secure, multiple year, solution services.
- Designs complex managed service solutions to meet client requirements by integrating technology and service design across multiple domains.
- Works across multiple teams in the design of the Managed Services offering.
- Tests and validates new designs features and delivery models or recommend improving existing service offers that is being taken to market.
- Responsible for the service design deliverables of the solution and interfacing with multiple teams and partners to ensure supportability.
- Directs the validation processes by obtaining sign-off from technical, service and costing stakeholders.
- Leads the service design of solutions for the client that will be commercially competitive whilst mitigating risk.
- Maps the client's requirements against proposed set of service elements and architectures and leads the end-to-end solution development.
- Supports the sales teams in presenting an architecture solution to clients with a focus on cost savings or uncovering other client growth opportunities using the ability to discover and analyze the client’s current architecture, platforms and operating models.
- Responsible for vendor management depending on the service offers and ensures that the transition to service delivery teams are well coordinated to ensure a smooth transition.

**To be successful in this role you are asked to have**:

- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in IT/Engineering/Economics field equivalent degree;
- Broad level of knowledge across Enterprise Architecture, Managed Services, Service Management consulting, and multiple solution services areas (e.g. Networking, Security, Hybrid Cloud, Digital Workplace);
- Ability to develop a service transformation architecture to deliver the transformation business, investments, activities, deliverables, schedules and risks across all service delivery
- Proven experience in designing and implementing new delivery models in a significant globally federated delivery organization;
- Certification and working knowledge of ITIL, Service Management and Integration models:

- Good sales attitude;
- Proven client engagement experience;
- Good knowledge of main hyperscale cloud providers ( Amazon, Microsoft, Google)
- Fluent in English ( written and verbal)
