Luogo: Venezia

Orario di lavoro: Full Time (40 ore settimanali) nella fascia oraria 23:00 - 7:30, 5 giorni su 7 con 2 giorni di riposo consecutivi.

Requisiti:

- Esperienza precedente come front office agent o night auditor maturata in contesti di alto livello.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- Capacità di gestire situazioni di stress e di emergenza.
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni, compresi i fine settimana e i giorni festivi.

Mansioni:

- Check in/ check out.
- Gestione amministrativa.
- Gestione dell'accoglienza degli ospiti durante il turno notturno.
- Monitoraggio della sicurezza dell'edificio con l'aiuto del concierge e dell'addetto/a alla portineria.
- Gestione delle prenotazioni e delle partenze.
- Supervisione degli ingressi.
