**Responsabilità principali**
- Gestione operativa completa del magazzino (ricevimento/spedizione merci, pianificazione inventario, ottimizzazione degli spazi).
- Monitoraggio KPI (es. puntualità nelle consegne, accuratezza stock) e avvio di progetti di miglioramento continuo.
- Coordinamento e supervisione di un team di 20+ operatori, inclusa valutazione delle performance e attività di formazione.
- Garanzia del rispetto delle normative di sicurezza e qualità (HSE, ISO) e gestione delle audit interne.
- Collaborazione con fornitori, partner di trasporto e reparti interni (customer service, operations).

**Requisiti**
- Esperienza di 3-5 anni nella gestione di magazzino o in ruoli simili di coordinamento.
- Conoscenza avanzata di sistemi WMS (SAP, NetSuite o equivalenti) e capacità di analisi dati tramite KPI dashboard.
- Preferibile possesso di certificazioni sulla sicurezza (es. RSPP, HACCP o equivalenti).
- Laurea in Logistica/Supply Chain o titolo equivalente.
- Spiccate doti di pianificazione, gestione delle emergenze e comunicazione interculturale.
- Orario su turni (anche weekend), con straordinari riconosciuti.

**Offerta**
- Contratto a tempo pieno (determinato con possibilità di trasformazione).
- Retribuzione in linea con l’esperienza e le competenze, da discutere in sede di colloquio.
- Inquadramento secondo **CCNL Logistica, Trasporto Merci e Spedizione**.

**Sede di lavoro**: zona Milano Malpensa

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato
Durata contratto: 12 mesi

Retribuzione: €2.000,00 - €2.500,00 al mese
