**The Impact You’ll Make in this Role**
As an Activation Marketer for Health Information Systems Division at South East Europe Region, you will have the responsibility to drive the demand generation through local activation and engagement of our customers. You will provide relevant insights and inputs to the area activation marketers and the global activation team in order to support the demand generation for the division.

Here, you will make an impact by:

- _Leading the activation activities for the marketing department:

- _Provide input to Marketing planning, Program and calendar development
- _Manage local calendar of execution
- _Build competitive intelligence
- _Align to campaigns outcomes/input/results
- _Demand generation at the local layer- _Determining the market size and potential, for current products or new products
- _Selecting and supporting local marketing requirements: Trade shows, Customer events, Key opinion leaders
- _Knowing the customer and market dynamics, key market trends. Knows the product portfolio.
- _Working with the sales organization and the portfolio leaders in order to reach the divisional goals**Your Skills and Expertise**
- _Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing
- _Experience in Market studies and launches of new products
- _Professional English and Italian level
- _Willingness to collaborate with sales reps to promote products, promotions etc
- _Willingness to face customers for VOC, events, etc
- _Experience in the Healthcare (IT) market is a plus
- _Eager to work in a multi-cultural team: collaborate with marketing colleagues over EMEA and the USA, and a strong local team of sales and professional services.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include
- _Sales experience is a plus.
- _Experience in Project management, Prioritization**Travel**:May include up to 10% of time for customer visits or local events. Mainly in Italy but exceptionally to other countries of the South East European region.
