Deal Strategy

The **KPMG Deal Transformation team** operates within the **Deal Advisory** business unit supporting clients during their integration and separation activities.

Our professionals assist both global corporates, family-owned businesses and PE funds during all the phases of the deal: form pre-deal through due diligence, growth strategy and the identification of (di)synergies to post-deal through the operationalization of the transaction and its value maximization.

In particular, the job opening will support Integration & Separation activities including:

- Deal synergies planning & monitoring
- Operating Model redefinition
- Organizational Structure Design
- Finance & business transformation
- Day 1 readiness activities
- First 100 days plan
- Hands-on Project Management

**Minimum Requirements**
- Advance degree in engineering or economics (or MBA, business experience and/or working experience abroad preferred)
- 2-3 years of finance or consulting experience with particular focus on industrial accounting, industrial costing, FP&A and M&A transactions. Life Sciences industry specific is a plus.
- Strong analytical and modelling skills, with ability to analyze company financials and perform multi-criterial assessments
- Good data gathering and organizational skills and ability to meet short deadlines. Knowledge of Data & Analytics tools preferred (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx)
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Highest integrity and reliability with continuous attention to details
- Business mindset and with aspiration to progress within KPMG with strong skills in managing cross-functional projects with significant business impact
- Excellent communication skills in English (speaking, writing and comprehension). Additional languages are a plus
