Siamo alla ricerca di diverse figure professionali tra cui**:
**Sous Chef.**

**Sede di lavoro**:Taormina (ME)

**Orario**:Full Time 40h settimanali - il lavoro è su turni.

**Responsabilità**:

- Garantire l’eccellenza qualitativa delle preparazioni, supervisionando impiattamenti, texture, temperature e presentazioni in stile fine dining.
- Supportare lo Chef di Cucina nella gestione operativa e creativa della brigata, sostituendolo durante la sua assenza.
- Supportare lo Chef di Cucina nello sviluppo e aggiornamento del menu, valorizzando tecniche avanzate, stagionalità e identità gastronomica del ristorante.
- Gestire i flussi di lavoro della cucina, ottimizzando tempi e processi per garantire un servizio impeccabile.
- Coordinare il pass insieme allo Chef di Cucina durante il servizio, assicurando tempistiche corrette e comunicazione efficace tra sala e cucina.

**Requisiti**:

- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 5 anni nella stessa mansione in Ristoranti di lusso e/o Hotel a 5 Stelle.
- Approfondita conoscenza della gestione della cucina e delle principali tecniche classiche e contemporanee e, soprattutto, tanta creatività
- Certificazioni e/o corsi di aggiornamento saranno considerati un plus.
- Attitudine al lavoro di squadra e alla cooperazione in team.
- Affidabilità, responsabilità e desiderio di crescita professionale.
