**British American Tobacco** **Italy has an exciting opportunity for a Training and Development Specialist in Trieste**

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Leading the full training lifecycle for all factory employees, starting from Training Needs Analysis (TNA) through annual and monthly training planning, execution, and evaluation of training effectiveness.
- Collaborating with relevant departments to determine the required knowledge levels for each role based on the organizational structure (creating and managing a skills matrix for the entire factory), forming the basis for further training needs analysis.
- Organizing and supporting training programs focused on developing technical and soft skills for all factory employees.
- Providing guidance and support to managers in the development of their teams.
- Developing and implementing targeted training programs based on specific needs and particular employee groups.
- Building and maintaining a team of skilled internal coaches and trainers.
- Ensuring up-to-date records of all sustained training activities.
- Reporting on training activities to the factory’s top management and collaborating with key stakeholders such as the Production Manager.
- Supporting major factory projects by offering expertise in Learning & Development.
- Creating a continuous development strategy for training practices in Trieste to meet operational objectives.

**What are we looking for?**
- Graduate in Business Management, Psychology or any other social degree;
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, working on Training and Development activities
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Italian and English
- Initiative and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to details
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Power Point and Excel
