METRO Italia, sta cercando per il punto vendita di Merano un Operations Manager.

Come Operations Manager in METRO avrai la responsabilità di garantire al Cliente un'esperienza di acquisto efficiente e distintiva al fine di ispirarlo e fidelizzarlo.

In qualità di Operations Manager ti occuperai nello specifico delle seguenti attività:

- Sviluppo costante di un team di Capi reparto con competenze tecniche sull’assortimento ed i servizi offerti; instaurerai una relazione proattiva con i clienti Ho.Re.Ca e garantirai un’ottimale store execution a garanzia del Livello di Servizio.
- Gestione efficace ed efficiente del flusso merci dei propri reparti. Sarai responsabile, in supporto al Sales Store Manager del mantenimento ottimale del punto vendita per quanto concerne il livello di servizio, ordine e disponibilità prodotti, in conformità con le procedure aziendali e le normative vigenti.
- Agire da interfaccia costante con la sede, le piattaforme e i fornitori, collaborando anche con la Sales Force per garantire un approccio più efficace della Customer Base finalizzato allo sviluppo della Share of Wallet e ad una migliore esperienza di acquisto.
- Coinvolgimento dello Store Team nella gestione dei Top Customer nel proporre servizi e soluzioni utili per il loro business gestendone eventuali problematiche e richieste.
- Guidare anche il reparto check-in/out al fine di garantire un livello di servizio in linea con gli standard aziendali ed assicurare le attività di accoglienza dei clienti al loro ingresso.

**Qualifiche**
Istruzione: Diploma, Laurea triennale in ambito economico o equivalenti
Conoscenza dell'assortimento merceologico, dei Clienti e del mercato Ho.Re.Ca.
Conoscenza dei metodi di analisi del mercato e dei flussi di merce
Ottime capacità di leadership, coordinamento di un Team e forte orientamento al cliente e al risultato
Lettura e analisi Conto Economico
Buona conoscenza delle lingua inglese
Esperienza: almeno 2 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi nel settore retail, GDO o affini
