Nature and aim of the position

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for operational support to Marketing Sales Team. The holder of this position supports marketing office with operational activities and analysis related to Global Blue marketing products/activities.

Main duties and responsibilities

Main duties:

- Support Marketing team in terms of analysis and Insight to optimize flows and results
- Marketing solutions financial flow management: contracts delivery, invoicing and tracking
- Develop analysis to full understand effectiveness of marketing products
- Budget monitoring and reporting
- Reliable and consistent monitoring of marketing products performance
- Cost control (marketing products)

Reporting and collaboration

The holder of this position will report to Marketing Director and she/he will collaborate with:

- Marketing team local & international
- Sales team
- Financial Team
- External suppliers

- Very Good Excel knowledge
- Good CRM knowledge

Education and qualifications
- University Degree in Communication, Marketing, Economics or equivalent
