**Production Engineering Specialist**:

As a Production Engineering Specialist, you will drive improvements in production in our Distribution Solutions business line in Dalmine. In this role your focus will be on optimizing the manufacturing process through innovation in a cost-effective way.

**This position reports to**:
Production Engineering Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Defining the sequence of the production process in line with material and investment budgets
- Ensuring optimal efficiency in production methods, equipment performance and materials/components
- Identifying and implementing improvements to the manufacturing process in line with cost, safety and timing requirements
- Investigating new methods, technologies and changes in equipment and process design to meet specifications
- Defining action plans and training relevant maintenance and production resources and personnel to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and a skilled, competent team
- Consulting and working with production operators and supervisors to implement changes on the production line

**Your background**:

- A Master Degree in Engineering Field (Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, Management)
- Fluent in English
- From new graduates up to 2 years of experience in similar role
- Demonstrated experience working on a production line.
- Basic Knowledge of SAP
- A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
