**What you will be doing**

- Executing marketing campaigns without a data-driven strategy or clear ROI metrics
- Conducting surface-level data analysis without extracting actionable insights or strategic recommendations

**Key Responsibilities**
- Spearhead the integration of AI technologies across our marketing operations, from campaign execution to performance analysis
- Drive the development of sophisticated customer segmentation strategies using AI-powered insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing KPIs with overall business objectives, ensuring data-driven decision-making at every level
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in marketing operations or analytics, with a focus on leveraging AI technologies
- Demonstrated expertise in building and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in HubSpot marketing automation and other AI-driven marketing tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategies
