**This role in summary**

As a new intern within our Human Resources Department, you will join the regional office in Milano Certosa to support the central HR Talent Acquisition and Talent Management & Learning team.

**Your responsibilities will include**
- Acquire practical knowledge in the areas of recruitment, employer branding and university relations, including managing the entire process of internship activation - from initiation to coordinating with hiring managers, to the final interview & onboarding
- The organization and implementation of all the employer branding activities and events
- The strategic projects regarding interns engagement and development of interns
- Collaborate with Talent Management Team on annual processes and programs, including Performance Management, Talent Assessment & Succession Planning, Engagement Survey, and other annual programs
- Support the Learning & Development Department in the reporting and data management

**Minimum requirements**

Are you:

- a Master’s Degree student in HR Management/Business Administration or other related majors, with a passion for HR?
- a proficient Italian and English speaker, maybe with some international experience?
- a strong team player who shares our values and our drive for innovation?
