Automotive Parts Trade Coach

**Who we ae looking for**
We are looking for a seasoned Parts Trade Coach to support our customer’s dealer’s network in increasing parts selling through in-depth investigative analysis, best practice process implementation and sales coaching throughout all trade sales activities.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assess current status of Dealers involved;
- Generate a dedicated Action Plan;
- Dealer improvement actions priority definition, taking into account size and ease of opportunity and Dealer capabilities;
- Present report and action plan to Dealer senior management, gaining acceptance and buy-in of their responsibilities within;
- Present action plan and responsibilities to Dealer staff, gaining buy-in at all levels;
- Carry out in depth business review of all associated activities, providing root cause analysis;
- Produce comprehensive business review findings/reporting;
- Provide coaching ‘hands-on’ support at all levels to initiate action plan - data analysis, process implementation, sales coaching, customer and opportunity management;
- Provide remote support between coaching visits;
- Identify and support marketing and campaigns to maximize opportunities within the IRs.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in economics, engineering, business administration or equivalent areas;
- 5-6 years of experience in Automotive industry in after sales projects;
- Previous experience in Parts Sales Project;
- High adaptability to Time Pressures & Changing priorities;
- Commercial and Analytic approach;
- Coaching on warehouse/service processes;
- Team working ability;
- Proactive approach;
- Parts knowledge;
- English fluent (written and spoken)
- Availability to travel.
