The Commercial Finance Director, GenMed Global and EMEA for Cytiva is responsible for supporting the Genomic Medicine VP Commercial and EMEA Commercial Leader to set processes, forecast, analyse results, and drive impact in our topline and margin performance.

**What you will do**:

- Ensure coordination of processes and standard terms with counterparts within Cytiva
- Drive the connection between the daily reporting and the region operations to ensure analytics are used to drive better forecast accuracy. Lead analysis and recommendation for commercial reviews
- Partner with the EMEA zone managers, Account Managers, EMEA commercial leader, and Global VP Commercial in forecasting, reviewing actuals, pricing to drive profitable growth at an acceptable risk for the company.
- Finance lead for Genomic Medicine commercial negotiations
- Manage the overall Genomic Medicine customer account tagging process
- Manage the commercial cost profile

**Who you are**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration or equivalent knowledge or experience
- Significant progressive financial experience focused on providing budget, forecast, and business analysis support with a large, sophisticated organization
- Strong analytic skills, proved ability to use large sets of data and summarize into key takeaways and actions for the senior leadership team
- Strong business mindset, must be able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
- Key competencies include highly flexible/open to change, attention to detail, initiative, communication, analytical skills, relationship/team management, critical thinking, strong sense of urgency/accountability, quick learner/problem solver
- Microsoft and financial systems proficiency (excel, Oracle, OneStream, Qlik etc.)

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:

- FP&A or commercial finance experience
- Life Sciences or Genomic Medicine industry
