**About the job**:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Support Trade Marketing Team in a variety of report analyses.
- Assist Trade team members with marketing content/POSM/Props planning & creation.
- Coordinate with agencies about the movement of the high-value asset to have a clear view and set up the whole process about LDU management.
- Manage the request, production through external suppliers or HQ, and shipment of gadget/mockup.
- Coordinate with internal colleagues and external suppliers for shipment/ stock management.
- Support Trade Marketing Manager in managing the budget and coordinate with the finance team to double-check the invoices and payment process
- Coordinate with team to organize the activity instore to support sales

**Requirements**:
1. Language proficiency: Italian mothertongue and English full proficency. The knowledge of Chinese will be considered a plus;
2. Good computer skills, especially Excel;
3. Hands-on-things attitude;
4. Bachelor or Master degree;
5. Data analysis and reporting experience are a great plus.
