Manufacturing Financial Junior Analyst

The Financial analyst position reports to the TESCM Operations Finance Lead and will be responsible for supporting Site Operation in executing the BUs strategies.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reporting to ensuring timely and accurate results.
- Analyzeand present monthly budget /forecasttoactualvarianceanalysis by BU
- Support Site OPS lead to prepare/review site specific strategic deployment Plan and Transformation Plan. Partner with the Site OPS lead to prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly forecasts as well as the annual budget related to Manufacturing functions.
- Prepare daily/weekly Labor productivity reporting and analysis.
- Provide solutions for continuous improvements in productivity and operating results.
- Standard costing analysis, calculation, release for Herentals and Pisa sites (daily activities)
- Standard costing analysis for the global standard cost roll.
- Support the preparation of capital expenditure requests and monitor open requests to ensure timely project completion
- Review capital expenditure process, physical count assets.
- Drive inventory control processes to ensure accuracy through cycle counting program and E&O reviews.
- Implement forecast activities within SAP (quarterly process)
- monthly after-closing activities (Swissco split by plant and BU for Plant Scorecard purposes)
- Ad hoc analysis at the request of various levels of management.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
- BS/BA degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA or CPA/CMA is preferred
- Strong, knowledge of Excel, Knowledge of Power Point, SAP, Microsoft Teams, Power BI is a plus.
- Solid interest and aptitude for and experience with critical, complicated analytical work and creative thinking.
- Ability to communicate and deal effectively with personnel at all organizational levels and establish sound relationships with subordinates, co-workers, executives and field finance personnel.
- Strong work ethic and sense of personal responsibility for work outcomes.
