Our client is a large metal products manufacturing company that is part of an American multinational group.
We are looking for an
**EHS Manager and RSPP**
who will be responsible for the activities of the two production plants in the province of Salerno.
**Posizione**:
In this role
- you are responsible of the management and correct implementation of Health & Safety policies and procedures in the plants.
- You ensure, through best practice systems and procedures, the achieving and maintenance of a “0 Incidents” culture.
- You guarantee compliance with current legislation on EHS.
- You manage internal and external EHS audits in compliance with quality management systems.
- You perform risk assessments based on measurements and technical reports in order to ensure the quality of the environment and the workers’ safety.
- Guarantee the development and maintenance of the Self-Protection Plan.
- You ensure update and awareness of all machines safety instructions and deliver specific safety training according to Italian law.
**Requisiti**:
For this role we expect you to have:
- Degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or similar
- Minimum 3 years working experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Specific training course to cover RSPP position following Italian law and regulations and experience in this role
- Good knowledge of the various Safety Quality standards.
- Solid knowledge of legal requirements pertaining to EHS. You are also experienced, you are an effective communicator with good interpersonal skills and problem-solving oriented.
