We are currently looking for a **German-speaking Sales talent (South Tyrol)** to join an exciting project. This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals with a proven track record in outbound calling and lead generation. You will be representing our client by prospecting potential homeowners and booking appointments with their Sales Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cold calling and prospecting potential clients (homeowners)
- Generating leads and setting qualified appointments
- Managing and nurturing client interactions
- Supporting sales goals and tracking outcomes
- Maintaining consistent communication with team leads and clients

**Requirements**:

- **Fluency in South Tyrolean German** (native-level)**:

- Strong experience in **sales**, **SDR**, **outbound calling**, and **lead generation**:

- Comfortable with cold calling and overcoming objections
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English required)
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced remote environment

**Project Schedule**:

- **Start Date**: As soon as possible (Training Date to be confirmed)
- **Recruitment Deadline**: June 15, 2025
- **Workload**: 20 hours/week
- **Shifts** (Central European Time):
- Mornings: 10:30 AM 1:30 PM CET
- Afternoons: 2:30 PM 7:00 PM CET
- Weekly combination:
- 3 mornings + 2 afternoons or
- 3 afternoons + 2 mornings
- **Tuesdays AM shifts are mandatory** (bi-weekly team meetings)
