- We are now looking for a

**General Manager Commissioning and Site Management**
- to join our team working for a better future. The position is permanent and the preferred location is in**Trieste, Italy.**

**As General Manager Commissioning and Site Management**, your work will focus on these responsibilities**:
- Drive continuous improvement to further improve commissioning processes and way of working to enhance efficiency and quality
- Enhance synergy and collaboration with interfacing parts of the organisation
- Develop and implement commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules
- Lead and manage the commissioning team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Oversee the testing and validation procedures ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Ensure that all commissioning activities are conducted safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Main KPI’s:

- (site) Safety
- Cost (budget vs actual)
- Quality

**To be successful in this role, we expect you to have**:

- Ambitious with a bold and brave continuous improvement mindset
- Culturally aware and excellent communication-, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills

**Other Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in commissioning, project management, or a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of commissioning processes, industry standards, and regulations
- Professional certification in commissioning or project management (e.g., PMP)
- Experience in Field Service and or commissioning activities
