**MISSION**:
Reporting directly to Responsible Sourcing Director of Richemont Group in Geneva, as Supply Planning Analyst, you will be responsible at Pelletteria Richemont Firenze for the Suppliers' workload and capacity management for the production of Leather goods for various Maisons within our company.
Working closely with the Supply Chain Managers and Industrial Directors of the various industrial divisions, your goal will be to assess the workload of each supplier, analysing their performance in terms of deliveries, logístical and financial flows, etc., in order to ensure equity in the distribution of the workload allocated to each supplier to anticipate and act on any scenarios that could compromise the continuity of the supply chain.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Creation of an Excel tool to monitor the balance between workload and production capacity of suppliers in order to efficiently manage short-, medium
- and long-term flows;
- Supplier management: production flexibility, anticipation of workload, recruitment;
- Implementation of KPIs to evaluate each supplier in terms of: delivery times, efficiency of logístical flows, % quality, budget mapping, etc.;
- Crisis management between Maison for priority or shortage of deliveries
- Preparation of “PIC”
- Supplier Load & Capacity Analysis, stock management
**MAIN STAKEHOLDERS**:
- Maisons (Supply Chain Manager & Industrial Director)
- Suppliers
- Responsible sourcing / Sourcing intelligence Team
**PROFILE**
- Degree in Management Engineering/Economics or related areas
- **3-5 years of experience as a Production Planner** or similar position (experience within a Leather Goods brand will be considered as a plus)
- **Fluent English **(B2 Level)
- High Proficiency in **Excel **(pivot table, data management ecc.)
- Experience in using **ERP tools** (the knowledge of **SAP** will be considered as a Plus)
- Ability to translate collected data into KPIs
- Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Confidence to work autonomously and by objectives
