Job Description

We are seeking a Finance Manager (Accountant) with SAP skills to join our finance team in Milano, Italy. This role will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and optimizing our accounting processes.
- You will:
- Manage day-to-day accounting processes (accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger) using SAP.- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.- Perform VAT filing.- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal reporting requirements.- Ensure the integrity of the general ledger, implement strong internal controls, and manage cash flow and working capital.- Ensure adherence to financial laws and regulations, and coordinate external audits.- Contribute to the improvement of financial systems and processes.
- You have:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.- 5+ years of accounting experience.- IFRS and Local GAAP.- Proficiency in financial software (SAP, Microsoft Excel, Power BI).- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a high level of integrity.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA).- Experience in market research or data analytics industry.
