**Oncology Strategy & Future Portfolio Manager***

The Oncology Strategy & Future Portfolio Manager plays a key role in supporting the development and implementation of the OBU cross-franchise short-mid-long term strategy and in defining and managing the cross-functional activities and ensure resources prioritization related to future assets (brand/indications up to EMA approval). The role also manages the OBU's commercial strategic projects cross franchises, based on OBU strategic priorities.

**The role broadly includes the following key components**:

- Support the optimization of OBU governance and processes to ensure commercial excellence cross-franchise
- Support the development of a cross-franchise oncology short-mid-long term strategy and tactical plan
- Coordinate the cross-functional team to ensure activities’ execution and manage OBU's commercial strategic projects across franchises
- Perform high-level market analysis to generate insights / competitive intelligence and coordinate the cross-functional team through new market landscape analysis and market understanding
- Manage the Early Assets key business planning processes (e.g. BSP, MTP, forecasting)
- Ensure a smooth handover to franchise when needed
- Optimize the interactions and alignments cross franchises to guarantee coherence of the initiatives to strategic priorities and identify and share best practices

**Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience Essential**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-5 years experience in Pharma business
- Experience in leading and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Strategic thinking and influencing
- Excellent project management skills
- Analytical skills
- Proactive approach and entrepreneurial spirit
- Orientation to innovation
- Planning and budgeting skills
- Written and Spoken proficiency in both English and Italian

**Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience Desirable**:

- Marketing experience
- MBA
- Previous experience as consultant
- Previous experience in the Oncology therapeutic area
- Digital Expertise
