**Claire Joster**, società di ricerca e selezione, è alla ricerca di un **Business Development**nel settore dell'arredamento e design.
- La posizione è per un’azienda in forte crescita, specializzata nella progettazione infissi di alta qualità, sia per interni che per esterni._
**Posizione**
- Accogliere e assistere i clienti nello showroom, comprendendone le esigenze e proponendo soluzioni personalizzate.
- Supportare il team nella gestione dello spazio espositivo, mantenendo gli standard di presentazione del prodotto.
- Curare il processo di vendita, dalla consulenza alla chiusura dell’ordine, assicurando un elevato livello di soddisfazione del cliente.
- Collaborare con il team per l’organizzazione di eventi e attività promozionali.
**Requisiti**
- Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di assistenza alla vendita, preferibilmente nel settore arredamento o design;
- Passione per il design e capacità di orientare i clienti verso soluzioni estetiche e funzionali;
- Eccellenti doti comunicative e relazionali;
- Orientamento al cliente e predisposizione al lavoro di squadra.
**Si offre**:Contratto diretto a tempo indeterminato, RAL compresa tra 35.000 - 40.000 euro annui, con premi al raggiungimento degli obiettivi, auto aziendale.
**Richiesta disponibilità territoriale per effettuare rilevazioni presso i clienti.**
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato
Retribuzione: €35.000,00 - €40.000,00 all'anno
