Per la nostra sede di Milano selezioniamo un professionista da inserire nel team di Building Management.

**Principali attività**:

- monitoraggio delle manutenzioni ordinarie e straordinarie e di valorizzazione del patrimonio immobiliare;
- coordinamento dei soggetti di volta in volta incaricati per lo svolgimento delle prestazioni professionali sugli immobili;
- gestione dei rapporti con gli amministratori di condominio per la verifica della corretta gestione delle parti comuni degli immobili;
- gestione dei rapporti con i conduttori relativamente a necessità di natura técnica;
- predisposizione del budget e verifiche sull’avanzamento dell’attività.

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea Magistrale in Architettura/Ingegneria Civile o Edile;
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di almeno 3 anni;
- Ottima attitudine al lavoro in team;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
