In ottica di ulteriore strutturazione dell'organico ricerco e seleziono un Head of FP&A (Forecasting, Planning & Analysis) da inserire nella sede di Roma.

Contributing to the development of financial strategies for the Market that align to the Groups strategy and its short, medium and long-term business objectives.

Lead all forecasting and planning activities of the market, partnering with senior stakeholders across the business.

Leading, directing, and developing the Italian FP&A team ensuring all activities are completed to a high standard, are accurate and on-time, providing insight & recommendations to inform and guide decision making.

**Principal Accountabilities**:

- Manage all forecasting and budgeting processes: defining required inputs & outputs; ownership of timetable of activities; Group system and template submissions and reporting deliverables.
- Preparation of the market budgets and forecasts, by category (business unit), by sku, by sub channel, monthly, with analysis on direct (COS, OCOS) and indirect costs (A&P and OHs), and market profitability.
- Monthly commentary and reporting of business performance to market and cluster leadership teams, providing insight to the main drivers of performance against the Business Plan, Last Year and latest forecast.
- Variance analysis of Actuals vs Budget/ Forecast informing monthly Business Updates with senior stakeholders.
- Model financial impact of proposed strategic / tactical decisions / business cases including pricing, excise and investments and new product launches.
- Manage and maintain a range of reporting for Market, Cluster and Group teams, including monthly reporting on direct and indirect costs, by category, cost type, by Cost Centre and/or function.
- Business partner with all functions and Budget Owners to identify financial risks and opportunities and develop mitigating actions to ensure financial performance delivery.
- Manage and continuously improve the FP&A deliverables, outputs, and capabilities.
- Deputise when required for the Finance Manager.

**Competenze ed esperienza**:
**Knowledge, skills & experience required**:

- Economic/ Engineering Master Degree.
- 10 years' experience in similar position in a FMCG preferably in a Multinational Company.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Experience in managing team of professionals (organization, coordination, evaluation, coaching, motivation, etc.)
- Sound background in and knowledge of Accounting and FP&A.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office Excel functionality.
- Ability to communicate at all levels both across the business community and with Cluster Finance Team/ Division FP&A, Group Finance.

Si offre contratto a tempo indeterminato con retribuzione commisurata all'esperienza maturata (60.000/70.000€).
