IMS s.r.l, azienda leader nel settore ingegneristico, ricerca **freelancer recruiter a success fee **per posizioni corporate e tecniche a livello internazionale per la gestione di tutte le attività di selezione.
**Responsabilità**:
- Comprensione richieste del cliente
- Impostazione job description
- Gestione dei canali di reclutamento
- Colloqui di selezione,
**COMPETENZE**:
- Conoscenza di settori industriali e/o commerciali: Oil&Gas, Chimico, Civile, Infrastrutture, Construzioni etc.
- Naturale predisposizione alle relazioni;
- Atteggiamento innovativo e pensiero creativo;
- Doti commerciali e orientamento al risultato;
- Forte collaboratore di squadra con un atteggiamento cooperativo.
SEDE DI LAVORO: da remoto
Contratto di lavoro: Contratto con partita IVA
