Are you an organized person who enjoys working in a team? Do you like managing collaborations with agencies and the sales force? We are looking for a new team member for Trade Marketing Italy as a maternity cover.

**YOUR TASKS**
- Operational management of relationships with external agencies for hostesses and merchandisers
- Monitoring the allocation of POP materials, gadgets, and in-store promotions
- Managing and coordinating communications with the sales force
- Organizing meetings with the sales force and internal meetings focused on trade marketing activities
- Managing the production of artwork with the graphics department based on sales force requests
- Coordinating the disposal of products nearing expiration
- Gathering market information through the sales force (estimates for new products, POP materials, feedback on promotional activities, etc.)
- Managing the production and modification of sales materials
- Managing product/price reporting
- Ensuring the trade marketing department's agendas are updated by managing calendars with commitments, activities, and periodic deadlines
- Other pool support activities for the department

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Degree in economics, mathematics, statistics, or marketing
- Brief experience in other FMCG companies
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel
- Passion for the food sector
- Analytical, proactive, and open personality
- Excellent Italian and English
