**Your role and responsibilities**

The work model for the role is: #Hybrid

This role is contributing to the Motion Service Division. Main stakeholders are customers and internal functions like planning, engineering and purchasing department.

You will be mainly accountable for:

- Leading the project team allocated to the project.
- Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials.
- Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.
- Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.

**Qualifications for the role**
- Degree in Engineering field (Electrical, Energetic, Mechanical, Management)
- 2 years of experience working as Project Manager
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Demonstrated experience in management of project scope, cost, schedules and vendors/subcontractors
- Knowledge of Electrical Motors is considered a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, SAP, Microsoft Project
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
