An exciting opportunity has arisen within JS HQ as **Store Planner**, who will support the Store Planning Project Manager in the JS Store opening processes.

**Key responsibilities**
- Ensure the respect of the contractual conditions defined in terms of timing and costs;
- Coordinate with the other Company functions involved in the process (Procurement, Legal and Business Development);
- Coordinate with the internal functions (Retail Operations, Merchandising and Visual merchandising) to respect the company and Brand guidelines;
- Coordinate with consultants and suppliers to respect production and installation timing/costs;
- Plan and manage the processes envisaged for commercial openings, constantly monitoring their development;
- Engineer the concept and develop project proposals, including adequate technical solutions capable of respecting budgets and required timing;
- Share weekly reports to align various functions on progress;
- Carry out surveys and inspections during the location selection phase and develop the related budgets;
- Systematically check the progress of the construction site by carrying out inspections and visits;
- Verify the quality of the result and the success of the installation during the handover phase, with the related development of the snagging/wishlist and subsequent control of the completion of the procedures;

**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Degree in Architecture;
- Previous experience of at least 3 years in a similar role;
- Fluency in English;
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD;
- Ability to manage project times, costs and priorities;
- Ability to manage and coordinate suppliers and companies;
- Knowledge in the economic-financial field (budget, capex, etc.);
- Good knowledge of the main IT tools;
- The profile is completed by: good relational and communication skills, flexibility, methodical and structured approach and strong propensity for problem solving.
