Per importante **Società Quotata**, ricerchiamo profilo da inserire all'interno del dipartimento di Corporate Finance and Administration, come **Internal Control Specialist.**

**Responsabilità Principali**:

- Esaminare la documentazione SOX esistente basata sui processi per verificarne la completezza, compresa la garanzia dei flussi di processo.
- Preparare documenti di lavoro e documentazione di reporting per supportare la capacità del management di fornire garanzie sulle proprie procedure di controllo interno.
- Assistere le iniziative più ampie di contabilità, finanza e GRC (governance, rischio e conformità).
- Condurre revisioni dei controlli e riferire sull'efficacia delle politiche, delle procedure e delle risorse dell'organizzazione.
- Aumentare l'efficienza operativa dei controlli interni dell'azienda, garantendo al contempo la conformità da parte del management.

Requisiti:

- Sono richiesti almeno 2 anni di esperienza di Audit interno o esterno.
- Esperienza nei processi di controllo interno e nell'analisi dei dati.
- Conoscenza della sezione 404 del Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) e del COSO Internal Controls Framework.
- La conoscenza dell'ITGC costituisce un plus
- Inglese fluente scritto e parlato
- Spiccate capacità analitiche
- Eccellenti capacità di gestione dei progetti: proattività, reattività, assunzione di responsabilità, guida dei processi, rispetto dei tempi.
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione, incentrate sulla promozione dell'apertura e della trasparenza.
- Focalizzazione sull'apprendimento e sulla ricerca, accogliendo il feedback e le idee altrui.
