Your role is all about engaging with passersby, sharing the excitement of IKONO, and making it impossible for them to walk away without stepping inside. **What You’ll Do**: **Turn Curiosity into Sales** Approach people, spark their interest, and get them excited to visit IKONO, right now **Engage, Persuade & Close** Whether it's tourists, families, couples, or solo adventurers, your job is to connect with them, highlight the experience, and secure their spot. **Own the Street** Move around key locations near the venue, finding the best spots and moments to capture attention. **Adapt & Overcome** Not everyone is ready to buy immediately. Your challenge? Overcome objections, answer questions, and turn hesitation into enthusiasm. **Hit & Exceed Targets** The more you sell, the more you earn.
