**Financial Risk Manager**

We are looking for a **Financial Risk Manager** to join our Corporate Financial and Risk Management team. This is an excellent opportunity to work across strategic Group functions such as: Financial & Risk Mgt Director, Treasurer, CBD, Controlling Dept, Accounting Dept, Legal Dept, IT Dept, Lavazza Subsidiaries.

**Mission**

The resource will be responsible for the execution of the risk management strategies (FX, Commodities, Interest Rates) placing orders and trading financial derivatives with banks. He/she will cooperate in identifying the best instrument and must be able to price it on our systems and then negotiate with financial counterparts to get the best quotation (Front Office).

He/She will measure daily the fair value of the financial derivatives inserted in the risk management software and monitor the risks related to the different exposures (FX, Commodities, Interest rates) together with the hedges, warning in case of threshold trespassed. (Middle Office).

He/She will be charge of preparing hedging card and performing effectiveness test and hedge accounting reporting for all financial derivatives.

He/She will use the full knowledge in Macroeconomics and Finance to provide specialistic support both to people inside Finance Dept (Treasury, Credit Dept, Accounting, Tax) and to other Dept, besides he/she will cooperate to the editing of different dashboards (FX Dashboard, Financial Dashboard) and reports for committees (such as Green coffee and Risk Committee).

**Main responsibilities**:

- FX, Commodities, and Interest rates Front Office: trading financial derivatives with banks
- FX, Commodities, and Interest rates Middle Office: measuring and monitoring the mark-to-market of the derivatives, reporting results
- Hedge Accounting specialist: preparing hedging card, performing monthly effectiveness test and hedge accounting reporting for accounting
- Risk Management Software (Myrios) specialist: for Treasury and Risk Management activities
- Specialistic financial support for both Finance Dept and other Depts: preparing FX and Financial Dashboard, Green Coffee and Risk Committee slides
- Support for risk evaluation: calculating WACC for impairment test, providing interest rates for IFRS 16 etc.

**Experience**
- Master's Degree in Economics, preferably with a focus on Finance, Corporate Finance and/or Business Administration
- 4- 5 years of experience, preferably in FMCG sector, working in Risk Management Dept and/or Treasury
- HQ experience will be considered a plus
- fluent in English
- ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- a highly structured approach and first-class analytical skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point
