Join us as an Inside Sales Representative, and you’ll do the same.

The Inside Sales Representative will have the responsibility to develop the sales within selected accounts. In addition, the responsibility includes following up generated leads by the various digital activities according to the define process (lead qualification) and transforming leads into new customers. Developing a strong collaboration with the digital marketing department and the sales organization (Hybrid or/and Sales representatives) will ensure a successful management of the full range of products within the defined Business Unit.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Management and growth of the AWC portfolio within selected accounts
- Developing sales through commercial activities, relationships with customers, individual or group product presentations/demonstrations and product evaluations
- Undertaking the lead qualification process
- Taking on responsibility for driving growth via specialist projects as identified within the BU
- Generating new leads though social media activities
- Promotion and development of digital events
- Achieving quotas based on metrics/activity
- Cooperation with the SFE and Marketing Department in the prospection, segmentation and follow up on possible new accounts / contacts
- Developing a strong knowledge of the market, competitors, products and price offers in order to be more competitive and strategic working closely with the Regional Sales Management
- Developing and maintaining account planning / action plans (i.e. weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) by analysing performance in order to identify the needs and consequently implement actions to achieve sales goals
- Demonstrated ability to plan and organize time effectively
- Compliance with all regulatory, clinical and industry guidelines
**Travel Requirements**
- Limited travels according to the business needs
**Language Skills Required**

Italian: native level
English: Business English is mandatory (Speaking/Writing/Reading)

**Qualifications**

Essential:

- Selling skills, ability to manage the complete sales circle
- Skilled ability to engage people remotely
- Excellent communication skills
- Dynamism, energy, resilience & tenacity
- Business acumen, entrepreneurial spirit, strong propensity for driving a sale
- Capability to work remotely with high ability to self-motivate
- Ability to work within a team
- Ethical approach

Preferable:

- Scientific degree (health care) and/or AWC product knowledge preferable
- Expertise in delivering training
- Digital background
- Open mind to change and continuous improvement
- Analytical skills and KPI analysis and reporting

City of residence: within Italy - home based work
