We're seeking a **Brand Designer**who can blend creative excellence with performance marketing sensibilities as we enter our next phase of growth in the mental health space. This role sits at the intersection of brand storytelling and performance content, requiring someone who can maintain exceptional creative standards while understanding and optimising for measurable results.

You'll be crafting compelling narratives and visuals that uphold our brand values while driving meaningful engagement across our digital channels. Working within a dynamic environment, **you'll shape how we visually communicate our mission while learning to optimise creative work through data-driven insights**. This position offers unique exposure to both creative excellence and performance marketing principles, making it ideal for a designer eager to expand their impact beyond conventional creative roles.

AS A BRAND DESIGNER YOU WILL:

- Create high-impact content optimised for multiple platforms (META, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) to serve both brand building and direct response campaigns
- Lead the creative execution process from concept through to final delivery
- Design and produce content variations for performance testing and optimisation
- Develop and maintain creative templates that are on brand with performance and scalability needs
- Work closely with paid marketing teams to create content that drives measurable results
- Create engaging social media content across various formats (static, motion, video)
- Guide brand consistency whilst adapting designs for different channels
- Analyse performance data to inform creative decisions
- Take ownership of the visual execution of performance marketing campaigns

️ YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE:

- 4-5 years of experience in creative design, with solid experience in performance marketing
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both creative excellence, experience across both brand and performance-driven content
- Proven track record creating and optimising content for paid social campaigns
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Comprehensive understanding of social media platforms and content requirements
- Track record of creating content that drives engagement and conversions
- Ability to manage multiple projects whilst maintaining high creative standards
- Experience collaborating with performance marketing teams and understanding their objectives
- Strong eye for design and exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive approach to expanding knowledge in performance marketing
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Fluent Italian and English, other languages a plus
