**About the Role**
We are looking for a Patent Attorney to join our team in Bologna (Smart Working applicable).

He/She will strongly interact with R&D, Legal Department and external IP firms to undertake and manage actions and strategies to properly protect the intellectual property of Coesia Companies.

Major accountabilities will include:

- Prior art research
- Freedom to Operate (FTO) analysis

**What You Need to Be Successful**
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in the role
- Master’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Electronical or Automation), Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science or another equivalent technical degree, PhD as a plus
- Fluent both in Italian and in English
- European or at least a National qualification. (EQE trainees, or partly qualified European Attorneys, will be also considered).
- Knowledge of energy storage devices as a plus.
