**About this vacancy**:
TMC Italia is looking for a Business Analyst based in Milan (Italy) to work on the design of a new Data Integration Platform.

Responsibilities will include:

- Gather and document the business requirements for a new data integration platform
- Drive requirements elicitation ensuring alignment with delivery of business value; solution architecture; solution design.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements producing a Business Requirement Specification document (BRS) and a System Requirements Specification (SRS) document
- Define data quality KPI’s for the new platform
- Maintain, expand and document the Conceptual Information Model (CIM)
- Design and document the data flows involved in the development of the integration platform
- Use of modelling practices to analyze requirement and create suggestions for improvements and changes;
- Understanding of functional analysis and UI mock-ups;
- Daily relationship and management of different stakeholders;
- UAT definition and business support on test execution.

**What we expect from you**:

- Mandatory a Master’s Degree in technical disciplines
- Mandatory experience in the role
- Exceptional analytical, problem solving and conceptual thinking skills
- Excellent documentation skills
- Experience in creating user stories and reports
- Experience on requirements engineering and process modeling using UML
- Understanding of functional analysis and UI mock-ups
- Understanding of usability principles
- Experience on facilitating workshops and giving trainings to business audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and in Italian
- Availability for occasional international business trips across Europe
