Our client is a leading animal nutrition company offering solutions that go beyond nutrition in a sustainable way to feed the growing population.

**Program Manufacturing Manager - Temporay Manager**

**Posizione**:

- Set up safe environment for production
- Manage the workflow for a production project
- Ensure efficiency during the process
- Assure products meet quality standards
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Analyze production data and optimize for efficiency
- Direct an efficient layout of equipment and flow of materials
- Supervise staff and delegate tasks to employees
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Communicate with other departments, such as the financial department to establish budgets, HR department to hire new workers, or the logistics department to ensure the delivery of products
- Be responsible for coaching and mentoring team's members
- Preparation of analysis and presentations for the management teams

**Requisiti**:

- Demonstrates advanced conceptual and practical expertise
- Consolidated experience as Project/Progam Manager
- Minimum 10 years of expertise in similar role
- Experience in internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services.
- Problem Solving
- Team oriented, working in inclusive and international environment capability to manage sensitive information, data driven, decision making ( leading without authority)
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Drive for results and quality oriented
- Team Player with good communication skills
- Pro-active, persuasive, and flexible attitude
- You have to be a citizen of the United States or have green card to work in the United States
