A leading pharmaceutical company, working in various therapeutic areas, is now hiring for an exciting role as Technical Integrator Lead. Here you will Lead a global matrix team of scientist in Analytical Development for drug development R&D department.
The role as Analytical Development Technical Lead is a diverse role that will provide technical leadership, and ensuring that deliverable are being met on time, at quality, and within budget in the Pharmaceutical Development. The Technical Lead is the main point of contact for Analytical Development in the CMC product development team.
You will lead a global team of AD scientist, working at different specialities in the drug development department, from method development and validation, through dissolution science, material science, etc. You will ensure the AD teams upholds focus on scientific excellence, whilst providing strategic and technical leadership.
You will join this company at their Innovation hub in Benelux, where from the role is based. They offer relocation support, and flexible working.
**Responsibility**:
- Define the strategy for the Analytical Development in the Drug Development Department
- Ensure appropriate design from feasibility to manufacturing of analytical methods
- Act as main contact point for Analytical Development in the CMC department
- Align projects with other projected leaders from API and DP
- Ensure the Analytical Methods are adhering to all regulations and guidelines such as those from FDA, EMA, ICH, etc.
- Manage budget for Analytical Development
**Key Attributes**:
- MSc or PhD in chemistry, pharmacy, or other relevant life science degree
- A minimum of 8 years in Pharmaceutical industry, with proven knowledge of Analytical Methods in R&D
- Demonstrable project management and leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly adapt in an ever changing environment
