**IT Business Analyst**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Gather functional requirements from the business, guiding proposal from-idea-to-process, including functional & technical aspects, driving delivery with understanding of costs & benefits, ensuring stable control by business owner.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions, that shall be implemented within existing IT platforms, assessing compatibility of proposed architecture, ensuring scalability and compliance with company standards.
- Manage Backlog items, prioritising with stakeholders and business owner, balancing IT and technical constraints versus business demand.
- Coordinate appropriate testing plans, defining testing strategy, test cases and user acceptance test.
- Rapid response to critical issues raised from the business in production environment, analysing & troubleshooting the root cause of critical operational issues.
- Work with international and external distributed IT teams.
- Follow-up and execute implementation activities of project plans, timeline and deadlines, coordinating with the respective owners and IT department.
- Communicating with clear & timely manner the regular status update.

**Skills & experience**:

- + 3 years of experience in business analysis role within IT software development cycle and ITO processes.
- Patience, diligence, pragmatic approach and proactive attitude to achieve excellent understanding of business needs and operational demand, as well as formalising technical and functional documentation in a structured & clear manner.
- Experience with SCRUM framework and good awareness of its benefits.
- Proficiency in reporting and advanced analytics tools for data preparation & visualization.
- Fluent in Italian and English, both oral and written.
- Degree in Computer Science or comparable discipline.
