**Junior Project Manager (M/F/x)**:

In questo ruolo farai parte dell’area Projects & Industrialization Propulsion, avendo l'opportunità di guidare i progetti e di collaborare con un team interfunzionale. Sarai il punto di riferimento per la gestione completa dei progetti a te assegnati, assicurando il rispetto degli obiettivi prefissati dai clienti e dalla direzione: tempistiche, budget e specifiche richieste. Inoltre, avrai il compito di mantenere solide relazioni con i nostri clienti, sia a livello nazionale che internazionale.

**Principali responsabilità**:

- Gestione e coordinamento di progetti complessi in un’organizzazione a matrice
- Pianificazione e supervisione delle attività di progetto, dall'acquisizione dell’ordine all'avvio della produzione
- Verifica del lato economico del progetto, incluso controllo dei costi e ricavi dei progetti in essere
- Gestione dei rapporti con i clienti: problematiche, stato di avanzamento del progetto e trattative sia da un punto di vista tecnico che commerciale.

**Come convincerci**:

- Titolo di studio in ambito tecnico (economico o ingegneristico)
- Buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office
- Conoscenza di base di SAP e/o Microsoft Project
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; il tedesco è considerato un plus.

Ottime capacità relazionali e competenze organizzative, unite ad una visione d’insieme e una forte attitudine al problem solving, nonché interesse a lavorare in un ambiente dinamico completano il profilo.
